Microneedling
Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment to rejuvenate the skin on the face, neck, décolletage and hands. A device with fine needles creates tiny punctures in the top layer of the skin, which causes a ‘micro injury’ that prompts skin to stimulate collagen and elastin production. Results can include improved texture and firmness, as well as a reduction in scars, pore size, and stretch marks. Microneedling may also be combined with topical agents, like PRP (platelet rich plasma), hyaluronic acids, neurotoxins or other vitamin-rich serum for a younger looking appearance.
The process takes approximately 45 minutes and a numbing cream is typically applied to the treatment area for optimal comfort. Afterward, you can expect to have redness in the treated area which may last 24-48 hours. Depending on the desired effect a series of treatments is typically needed for optimal results.

PRP
PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is blood plasma that has been enriched with platelets. PRP contains several different growth factors and other cytokines that can stimulate healing of soft tissue. PRP treatments help to increase your own collagen to simulate facial rejuvenation to give you a younger, more refreshed appearance.

The process consists of drawing a small amount of your own blood and spinning it down in a centrifuge to separate out the concentrated platelet rich plasma. This concentrated platelet rich plasma can then be injected into problem areas or can be combined with microneedling (also known as a Vampire Facial) to give an overall youthful appearance. The treatment process takes approximately 1 hour. Afterward, you can expect to have redness in the treated area which may last 24-48 hours. Results are typically seen within 8-10 weeks post treatment. Depending on the desired effect a series of treatments is typically needed for optimal results.
