Diane F. Chuback, PhD Building Chuback Medical Group from its inception in 2005, Diane has worked side-by-side with husband, John Chuback, MD to create the multi-disciplinary and ever-growing organization that it is today. During the course of this time, this growth has inspired the Chubacks to build out bigger and better office locations, with Diane at the center of the design and construction projects. The latest office opened its doors in April of 2018 and boasts 7,000 square feet of clean aesthetic design and triple the treatment areas. As a result, Diane has been able to departmentalize the practice into the Vein Care, Aesthetics, Plastic Surgical, and Hair Restoration areas.

As CEO, her philosophy in managing CMG has been to drive continuous energy into educational efforts – efforts to keep both clinical and clerical staff at the cutting edge of their knowledge base and expertise level. Through an informed and spirited team, our patients are able to experience a higher level of care – one which brings clarity and a sense of comfort in knowing their options and what to expect.

“As our organization grows, my job has become centered more and more on supporting our team members in being the best version of themselves, both professionally and personally. They are the heart and soul of all we do, and the spectacular care our patients receive is a direct result of our staff’s sense of fulfillment and dedication to their job.”

Education has been a big part of Diane’s life. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychobiology from New York University, followed by a PhD degree in Neuroscience from Rutgers University. Diane worked in academia for several years, teaching various classes in the fields of both Biology and Neuroscience at Drew University, William Patterson University, and State University of NY, Brockport. After several years of managing the medical practice, Diane returned to school again, this time in the field of business, completing an MBA from Ramapo College.

Diane has also taken this educational approach in her interface with the public, hosting several informational events each year to bring awareness to the latest medical and aesthetic treatment technologies such as Coolsculpting and hair transplantation.

“As technology in medicine is ever-changing, it is our responsibility to truly understand and utilize the most relevant applications of this in our practice. Our patients’ satisfaction and safety is of paramount importance, and we earn their trust by carefully guiding them through the choices and benefits of several of the state-of-the-art treatments we offer.”
