Stop Fad Dieting. Start CoolSculpting®!

Let’s face it.  We’ve all been there.  Perhaps we are in a store dressing room trying on clothes, and we find our normal size seems to be running small.  Or, we’re in our own closet and pull our favorite cocktail dress to try on a week before the party – only to discover something’s wrong with the zipper.   Oh no.  Reality sets in, and we vow: “Time for the keto diet”, or “Let’s make a pot of that cabbage soup”.

It’s normal to think that extreme times call for extreme measures.  Losing inches in the short run is possible, but rarely sustainable.  You wish you could just pinch off that pesky chunk on your outer thigh or the frustrating lip of muffin-top around your waist – once and for all!

Like a wish-granting genie, contemporary medical technology has brought us – CoolSculpting!

This non-surgical, non-invasive method of getting rid of unwanted pockets of fat has, not surprisingly, become the number one means of cosmetic fat reduction (and frustration reduction!).  With just 35 minutes of your time, CoolSculpting can transform your body to give you the contours and the confidence you’ve been longing for!

Fad Diets are Out.  Healthy Eating with CoolSculpting:  So In

Although Fad diets still lurk in the corners of our culture, it is becoming more and more apparent to those enlightened that there’s a way to work smarter, not harder – at fat reduction.  In fact, bouncing between these diets can even create an unhealthy relationship with food rather than teach you how to make healthy choices.  Many of these extreme diets are focused on restrictions and limitations, and these types of eating habits are unsustainable for extended periods of time. This is why so many people often regain the weight shortly after coming off the diet. Why?  Quick fixes allow for a loss of water, a loss of fiber, or even a loss of lean muscle. But wait, weren’t we just wanting to lose fat?  Time for a new mindset:  Keep your normal, healthy eating intact (and don’t forget to exercise!), but leave the annoying fat pockets to CoolSculpting!

CoolSculpting is the Better Alternative

Since CoolSculpting takes care of the stubborn fat for you, this gives you more time to finally focus on yourself!  What are your goals regarding your body shape?  As the nurse practitioner at Chuback Medical Group, my specialty is body contouring with this fantastic CoolSculpting technology.  Talk about a fulfilling job!  I have had the extraordinary opportunity to help so many of my patients transform their waistlines, inner and outer thighs, upper arms, and even under the chin areas.  I always say, your body should reflect what you’re feeling inside and ultimately, be a source of confidence for you.

Ok, So Let’s Talk About the Technology

CoolSculpting is safe and FDA approved.  It works by cooling the stubborn fat cells down to a temperature that damages them and forces them to crystallize. Then, over the next few months, these crystallized fat cells are recognized as “waste” by the body and are slowly and naturally eliminated.  What’s interesting is that other tissues such as skin, muscle, and nerves are not affected or harmed at this temperature that selectively freezes the fat.  With each treatment, about 25% of fat cells will be eliminated.  Yes, for good!

Experiencing the CoolSculpting Journey

This will combine a scientifically proven technique and a personalized, expert touch to help you achieve your goals. Your initial consultation will include me, you, a big mirror, and the question: “What would your dream body look like?”  CoolSculpting is a highly customizable treatment offering fat loss solutions for 9 different body areas.  In fact, we provide a very convenient way for you to work on any and all of the areas you desire.  We are a “CoolSculpting Complete Practice” which means that we have the entire range of CoolSculpting applicators to offer optimal customization for our patients. We even have two machines that allow us to sculpt two areas at the same time.  Treatment can take as little as 35 minutes and patients can resume most daily activities immediately afterwards.

Stop Wanting Results, Start Seeing Them!

We are busy, and our worlds keep moving.  Time is a precious commodity, so being efficient with it is ever so gratifying.  CoolSculpting is the most time-efficient and arguably, cost-effective way to help you look and feel your best!  Teeter-totter dieting, losing and gaining inches- it’s just not the smartest way to live our lives.  To get it done – once and for all –   CoolSculpting is likely the solution you’ve been searching for.

Excuse Me…But The Holidays Are Almost Here

Let’s get back to that dress situation.  Rather than subjecting yourself to the stress of whether or not your outfit will fit, on top of all the holiday preparations, may I suggest a fun (because it’s all about you!) and FREE consultation?  Before you zip another weight loss shake in the blender or choke down another “nothing muffin”, let me give you another option for attacking your fat in a more sustainable way.  Let’s review:  CoolSculpting provides permanent fat reduction, in the targeted areas you want it, it’s safe and easy – and it won’t have you reeling from the low blood sugar your “water diet” tends to produce.  In the quest for health and contoured curves, all it takes is a phone call and a CoolSculpting plan!

I look forward to meeting you and making that plan!
